Dual flush toilet is an electronic controlled device to operate the flush valve of the toilet while regulating the water volume to flush. This device comprises a flush valve with a tubular body and a horizontal flange on the bottom. The discharge opening is covered and sealed by the bottom surface of the horizontal flange.
